2023: Sorato Anraku started by winning the overall title
He moved up to the senior climbing competitions in 2023 at the age of 16. That year he ended up winning the overall title. Not only did he won the bouldering title but also ended up taking the same position in the lead competition.
In 2024 he won the bouldering series again and got the silver bouldering medal in the paris olympics .In 2025 and 2026 he won the bouldering series again showing an unparalleled consistency in his performance.
Outdoors
After Sorato Anraku’s win in Paris he showed that his skill was not just limited to plastic rocks. In his home country he climbed 8B+/ V14 Hōtō in Mizugaki. After 7 years focusing on indoor competition he did not lose his outdoor skills.
